Your item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, shipping and handling.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
How to Return
For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment, minus the shipping charge paid.
Pack all items in a secure box or padded envelope and enclose the packing list with your items. (If packing list not available, please include your name, address, phone number, and/or order number.)
Returns are processed within 7-14 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any damaged or incorrect items (jewelry, handbags, fashion accessories, or beauty products, etc.) received must also be returned within 30 days.
If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, new shipping fees will apply.
Note:If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead and you’ll receive a phone call or return email to notify you about the return.
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.
